Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics

The branch of conservative dentistry and endodontics is an important and integral part of dentistry. The primary goal of this department is prevention, diagnosis and treatment planning of sequel of dental caries and other defects of natural teeth ; techniques and procedures to restore the teeth to full function and appearance in an esthetically pleasing manner with as little loss of healthy tooth structure as possible.

Endodontics is a branch of dentistry which primarily involves performing root canal treatment. It is also associated with procedures to relieve pain and elimination of infection at the root end of the tooth. The department treats an average of 15k to 20k patients annually. It has state of the art technology, dedicated teaching staff, non teaching staff and infrastructure to render good services to patients.
